Can UNC Snag Cam Whitmore?

I don't want to rule out Georgetown and Maryland, who have been recruiting Cam Whitmore aggressively for a while. I also think Illinois is a program to keep a close eye on when he visits at the end of August. But, he's scheduled to see North Carolina the weekend before that. Headed into that visit, I believe Hubert Davis and UNC is in pretty good shape. (247 Sports)
