Erin Matson, Cassie Sumfest Named Field Hockey Team Captains

Senior Erin Matson will serve as this year's North Carolina field hockey team captain and graduate student Cassie Sumfest will be the vice captain, UNC coach Karen Shelton announced Friday. The captains are selected each year in voting by the team. Both are returning starters for the Tar Heels, defending Atlantic Coast Conference and NCAA Champions.
