Mark Paschal Cleared
Posted Aug 16, 2005
North Carolina freshman Mark Paschal was cleared of all charges on Monday. “All charges got dropped,” UNC coach John Bunting said. “I’m not going to say there wasn’t anything to it. Obviously it’s embarrassing to him and his family and us. He’s learned a very valuable lesson.” Paschal, 18, the son of former UNC and Minnesota Vikings fullback Doug Paschal, was charged on July 10 with: 1) Assault-simple; 2) Drunk/disruptive; 3) Resisting Arrest.
