Tar Heels Expecting Big Freshman to Sophomore Jump for Backcourt Trio

Former North Carolina head coach Roy Williams -- and Dean Smith before him -- frequently said the biggest improvement a player will make is between his freshman and sophomore seasons. UNC head coach Hubert Davis is expecting that type of leap will occur for a trio of sophomore perimeter players: Caleb Love, Kerwin Walton, and R.J. Davis.
