UNC's Josh Downs Wins Herbie Award for Breakout Star

UNC wide receiver Josh Downs appears poised for one of the most notable freshmen to sophomore jumps in college football. After capping his first year in Chapel Hill with 91 receiving yards and two TDs in the Orange Bowl, Downs enters 2021 as UNC's No. 1 receiver, and on Thursday was honored with the Herbie Award as this season's breakout star.
