Bill Kurelic of 247 Sports recently put together an "If I had to predict right now" article in which he gave his predictions for some of the country’s top football recruits from the 2022 and 2023 classes. Here’s what Kurelic said regarding five-star offensive lineman Zach Rice: "If I had to predict right now, I would probably go with North Carolina or Virginia." (Keeping It Heel)
