UNC basketball enters an either-or situation with Cam Whitmore, Tyler Nickel

UNC basketball’s recruitment of two 2022 forwards is shaping up as an either-or situation. 4-star Maryland wing Cam Whitmore officially visited Chapel Hill from August 22 to 23 and included the Tar Heels in his top three. 4-star Virginia wing Tyler Nickel put UNC in his top five alongside Butler, Iowa, LSU, and Virginia Tech, and he visits UNC next weekend.
