North Carolina has two realistic targets remaining for its 2022 basketball recruiting class in four-star forwards Cam Whitmore and Tyler Nickel. But Hubert Davis and his staff also are focusing on the 2023 class. On Thursday, the Tar Heels added to their 2023 recruiting board, offering five-star combo guard Simeon Wilcher from Roselle (NJ) Catholic.
