Connor Barth Named To Lou Groza Award Watch List

University of North Carolina sophomore Connor Barth is one of 30 that has been named to the 2005 Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award Preseason Watch List. He is one of just five sophomores on the list. Last year, Barth booted a 42-yard field goal as time expired to defeat No. 4 Miami, 31-28. He also set a Carolina freshman record with a 50-yard field in a 30-24 win over NC State.
