Chris Livingston, the No. 4 overall recruit in the 2022 basketball recruiting class, is down to a final four and is set to make his college decision on October 15th. His finalists are made up of Georgetown, Memphis, Kentucky, and Tennessee State. Livingston broke down each finalist as well as the next steps in his process ahead of his mid-October decision.
