Alongside assistants Brad Frederick and Jeff Lebo, Hubert Davis began his first fall recruiting period as head coach Thursday. The trio arrived at Columbia (SC) Ridge View to see and visit with offered junior forward G.G. Jackson. He was joined by his parents. Later, the UNC contingent traveled to Lincolnton (NC) Combine Academy for junior guard Robert Dillingham. (Inside Carolina)
