Mack Brown says Virginia should be 'rated higher' than North Carolina

Virginia is 2-0 after wins over William and Mary and Illinois. UNC Football coach Mack Brown said not to take them lightly and that they should be ranked higher than the Tar Heels. "They should be rated higher than they are," Brown said of Virginia on Monday (Video). "They should be rated higher than we are. I don't know what people are missing." (247 Sports)
