Two games into the Tar Heels' 2021 football season, it looks like Josh Downs has stepped up his game and taken the number one wide receiver role at North Carolina. Against Georgia State on Saturday night, Downs caught eight passes for 73 yards and a touchdown in UNC's 59-17 victory over the Panthers.
