Josh Downs Named PFF National Offensive Player Of The Week

Josh Downs teamed up with Sam Howell for five of the Tar Heels’ six explosive pass plays, making plays after the catch and downfield. And one of those targets resulted in one of the best catches of the weekend. From a grading perspective, Downs’ night against Virginia was the best single-game performance by a UNC receiver in the PFF College era.
