North Carolina reached into the heart of Big 10 territory yesterday to land a commitment from Tony Elzy, a 5-10, 205-pound running back from Warren, Ohio. Elzy, who will be a senior at John F. Kennedy High School, became the 18th member of UNC's 2006 recruiting class.
