No. 7 UNC Field Hockey Closes Homestand With 3-1 Win Over No. 15 UConn

The North Carolina field hockey team wrapped up three-game homestand Sunday with a come-from-behind 3-1 win over UConn at Karen Shelton Stadium (Highlights). After the Huskies took an early lead, UNC senior Erin Matson scored twice and assisted on the third goal as the Tar Heels improved to 6-3. UNC's next home game is Oct. 8 against Duke.
