NBA training camp opens on Tuesday with some Tar Heels in new places, new situations, or looking for their next contract. Two prolific perimeter shooters signed with new teams during the offseason: Wayne Ellington, who left Detroit after one season for the Los Angeles Lakers, and Reggie Bullock, who left the New York Knicks to join the Dallas Mavericks.
