North Carolina earned a dominant 38-7 victory over Duke on Saturday at Kenan Stadium. Tar Heels quarterback Sam Howell passed for 321 yards and 3 touchdowns, receiver Josh Downs caught 8 passes for 168 yards and a TD, and safety Trey Morrison scored on a 63-yard fumble return for a TD.
