Tar Heels' Baseball Trio Named Cape Cod League All-Stars

Thanks to a 12-2 combined record, North Carolina starting pitchers Daniel Bard, Andrew Miller and Robert Woodard were each named to the Cape Cod Baseball League's 43rd annual All-Star Game. Bard was selected as the starting pitcher for the West Division squad, while Miller and Woodard were chosen as reserves for the East Division. Carolina infielder Chad Flack will participate in the Baseball Factory Home Run Hitting Contest prior to the All-Star Game.
