UNC Football’s Confounding Case at Center


UNC held an open tryout of sorts at practice last week in its quest to find capable bodies to man its center position. Every offensive lineman took snaps, and the end result was that backup tackle logged 19 snaps in Saturday’s win over Duke. How did the Tar Heels get to a point that a reserve tackle played 27% of the snaps against an ACC rival? (Inside Carolina)
