Preseason All-ACC selections were announced Monday at the ACC Kickoff. Only one member of the Carolina team made the list - offensive lineman Kyle Ralph. UNC's Kyle Ralph enters the season as the starter at left guard ... Although he did not start a game in 2003, Ralph is the most experienced guard entering the season ... Made five starts as a freshman in 2002 ... Earned "Elite Ram" status in the weight room. (Chatham Journal)
