Milestone Hat Trick Leads To Third ACC Honor For Erin Matson

Following a hat trick that boosted her to a memorable milestone, UNC senior Erin Matson has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Field Hockey Offensive Player of the Week. The Tar Heel forward scored three times in Friday's home-turf win over Duke to reach the 100-career-goals mark, something only 12 NCAA DI players had previously achieved.
