UNC Women's Soccer Falls To NC State, 1-0


NC State's Jameese Joseph scored in the 26th minute in the first half and the Wolfpack withstood a 24-8 edge in shots by North Carolina and held on for a 1-0 women's soccer win on Saturday night in Raleigh. Carolina falls to 10-2-2 overall, 3-2-2 in ACC play. The Wolfpack is 7-6-2, 3-4. The Tar Heels return to action Thursday against No. 1 Florida State. (GoHeels.com)
