Tar Heels in NBA: Harrison Barnes puts up career-highs with 36 points and eight 3-pointers in win


In Sacramento’s 124-121 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, scored 36 points on eight 3-pointers, both career-highs. He also had nine rebounds, two assists and two steals. He became the first NBA player to score at least 35 points with no turnovers and no fouls in a season opener since turnovers were first tracked in the 1977–78 season. (Tar Heel Tribune)
