In the end, it was the Tar Heels that came away with 5-star offensive tackle Zach Rice's commitment, their highest ranked commit since Donte Moss signed with UNC in the 2009 class. "First of all, they have a Hall of Fame coach in Mack Brown," Rice said. "Dre Bly was a big factor. There are so many guys from Virginia there. That is going to be exciting."
