The No. 1 offensive tackle in the country is headed to North Carolina. Zach Rice made his announcement Thursday evening at Lynchburg (Va.) Liberty Christian, broadcast live by CBS Sports HQ. "I will be committing to the University of North Carolina," the five-star football recruit said as he reached for the UNC hat and put it on his grandmother's head. (Inside Carolina)
