North Carolina Tar Heels cornerback commit Tayon Holloway saw a nice ratings boost last week when the newly updated Top247 recruit rankings were released. The Virginia Beach native rose from No. 203 to No. 173 in the updated rankings release and has continued to showcase his playmaking ability in all three phases of the game in his senior season.
