On a weekend when there were good and bad transactions for Tar Heels, running back Javonte Williams provided the biggest Week 9 highlights and receiver Mack Hollins caught his second touchdown pass of the season. Williams, who combined for 100 total yards in the previous two games, ran for 111 yards to lead Denver to a 30-16 victory at Dallas.
