UNC Comeback Puts Resiliency on Display Once More

North Carolina played its worst football of the season in the first quarter against No. 21 Pittsburgh. The Panthers got out to a blistering 17-0 lead in the opening frame and averaged 8.0 yards per play in those first 15 minutes. Offensively, simply put, UNC looked inept. “The offense was awful in the first half,” head coach Mack Brown said after the game.
