Season’s End Coming into Focus for UNC Football

North Carolina was eliminated from the ACC Coastal Division race Thursday night, becoming the seventh preseason Coastal Division favorite in nine years to fail in its goal of reaching the ACC Championship Game. Sam Howell is expected to play his final game at Kenan Stadium on Saturday, which deepens frustration in a season of lost opportunities.
