Former North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams has watched the collegiate landscape go through rapid changes in recent months, saying that the developments in name, image, and likeness rules, realignment, and the transfer portal, among other changes, have permanently diminished the power of the NCAA. "It's changing so dramatically."
