If No. 18 North Carolina played to its potential in Saturday’s loss to eventual Hall of Fame Tip-Off champion Purdue, Hubert Davis’ squad played near its floor in Sunday’s 89-72 loss to No. 17 Tennessee. The Tar Heels fell behind early with a poor shooting performance and were unable to muster a charge late once the Volunteers found their rhythm. (Inside Carolina)
