If the Tar Heels win the first half, they will win the game. The pattern is clear for the seven ACC games UNC has played this season. The second quarter has been UNC's Achilles Heel, even in two games they won. The Tar Heels have been outscored 97-53 in the second quarter of ACC games. But getting off to a fast start against NC State isn’t enough.
