Malaki Hamrick, Tad Hudson Chasing State Titles

Two 4-star UNC football commits are taking the next step in their state championship pushes this week. Malaki Hamrick, a 2022 edge rusher at Shelby, and Tad Hudson, a 2023 quarterback at Hough, are playing fifth-round NCHSAA playoff games Friday with state title game appearances on the line. They’re the final two Tar Heel commits left in the postseason.
