Sam Howell's Toughness A Major Takeaway From UNC's 2021 Football Season
Posted Nov 29, 2021
Quarterback Sam Howell has displayed grit all year and continued to play tough Friday night. His efforts on the ground accounted for almost half of the Tar Heels' points in UNC's 34-30 loss to NC State, carrying the ball 18 times for 98 yards and two touchdowns. Things mostly work out well when the Tar Heels mix in Howell in the passing and running game.
