NC Courage acquire former UNC soccer star Brianna Pinto from NJ/NY Gotham FC

The North Carolina Courage have acquired midfielder and Durham, North Carolina native Brianna Pinto from NJ/NY Gotham FC in exchange for $125,000 of allocation money, the club announced Monday. A standout player at the University of North Carolina, Pinto was drafted by Gotham FC with the third overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NWSL Draft.
