NC Courage acquire former UNC soccer star Brianna Pinto from NJ/NY Gotham FC

The North Carolina Courage have acquired midfielder and Durham, North Carolina native Brianna Pinto from NJ/NY Gotham FC in exchange for $125,000 of allocation money, the club announced Monday. A standout player at the University of North Carolina, Pinto was drafted by Gotham FC with the third overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NWSL Draft. (WRAL Sports Fan)
