Sam Howell always intended to play in bowl game but decision on future awaits


Anybody who thought that it would be tough for to decide whether to play in North Carolina's bowl game wasn’t talking to the record-breaking quarterback. While he says he still has a decision to make about his future, he was always going to play in the bowl game regardless of the advice he got not to do it. He says it wasn’t a decision at all.
