Danny Green: 1st round or return

After his first night of workouts at the NBA pre-draft camp Tuesday in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., North Carolina junior Danny Green told the Web site InsideCarolina.com that he likely will only stay in the draft if he is a first-round draft pick. "I mean, if I'm going to be projected to go in the second round, then it's probably going to be in my best interests to go back to school," Green told the Web site.
