UNC basketball coach Hubert Davis didn’t leave Las Vegas completely empty-handed. A day before falling 98-69 to Kentucky in the CBS Sports Classic, Davis and his three lead assistants ventured to a nearby private school gym and watched their top 2023 recruiting target go to work. It was another step in UNC’s courting of 5-star forward G.G. Jackson. (Fayetteville Observer)
