If Thursday’s matchup in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl was indeed the last time Sam Howell suited up as the starting quarterback for the North Carolina Tar Heels football program, it will be the end of one of the greatest individual careers for a player in program history. “I still have some decisions to make,” the junior quarterback told reporters after the game.
