5-star guard Kanaan Carlyle commits to Stanford

Kanaan Carlyle, a 6-foot-3 class of 2023 point guard from Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton committed to Stanford basketball and coach Jerod Haase (former UNC assistant) on Wednesday. The Georgia native chose the Cardinal over Baylor, Auburn, Kansas, and Florida. "Basketball won’t always be there. Having Stanford on my resume, that’s a big thing."
