Tar Heels in NBA: Day'Ron Sharpe has best game of season but Nets fall to Nassir Little's Blazers

In a battle of UNC Basketball alumni Monday, Nassir Little’s Portland Trail Blazers got the better of Day'Ron Sharpe’s Brooklyn Nets, but Sharpe had the best game of his rookie season. Little had 13 points, five rebounds, two assists and a steal. Sharpe put up season-high totals of 14 points, seven rebounds, six field goals, three blocks and two assists.
