North Carolina QB Sam Howell among five players to watch at Senior Bowl

Sam Howell has a strong arm, he’s incredibly tough, he can run the ball if you need him to. He has to make better decisions. He has to prove he’s a leader, do well in the interviews, that’s how you get going in the right direction. We see this all the time. I think Howell is a middle of the second round pick, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes higher. (247 Sports)
