Former UNC Linebacker Tyrone Hopper Transfers To Missouri

Mizzou is rebuilding its defense as coach Eli Drinkwitz prepares for the 2022 season. On Monday, the Tigers snagged a commitment from grad-transfer linebacker/edge rusher Tyrone Hopper out of UNC. Hopper will be entering his seventh and final year of eligibility at the college level. He suffered a season-ending injury in the Tar Heels’ 2021 season-opener.
