Who is the top point guard in 2023?

My pick for the top point guard in the 2023 basketball recruiting class is Caleb Foster. It has not been the most impressive stretch of games for Foster’s start to the season, but his body of work, IQ, and intangibles make it hard for him to bet against. Robert Dillingham currently holds the title. He may be the shiftiest player in high school basketball. (247 Sports)
