Beyond what Gene Chizik and Charlton Warren bring to the defensive side of the football as coaches, recruiting will be a large part of their job. Warren has the tools and reputation to be a standout recruiter for UNC. From a recruiting standpoint, the biggest impact is Warren, who during his first time around at North Carolina, was an absolute workhorse.
