Sam Howell, a former four-star recruit via the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, still has a bright NFL future ahead of him. And ESPN NFL Draft analyst Mel Kiper believes the Detroit Lions presents the perfect landing spot for the former UNC star. (On3.com)
