Sam Howell Among Tight Quarterback Pecking Order At Senior Bowl

Quarterback Sam Howell played just three seasons at North Carolina before declaring for the NFL draft, and he qualified for the Senior Bowl after graduating this past December. In the area for training in Pensacola, Florida, he told reporters on Monday that he deliberated for months before electing to enter the draft and accept a Senior Bowl invitation.
