Despite his deep ties and familiarity with UNC's heated basketball rivalry with NC State, the first-year head coach is focused on the next opponent instead of placing significance on any one game in particular. "I have a passion versus anybody that we play against,” Davis said Friday (Video). "It doesn't matter whom the opponent is. I just love to compete."
