UNC Baseball Preseason Scrimmage Notes

UNC took the field Friday at Boshamer Stadium for its first spring baseball scrimmage. Mac Horvath legged out an infield single and then scored the game-winning run from first on a double by Johnny Castagnozzi. Horvath also had a home run, which was the lone blemish in what was otherwise a spectacular start on the mound by Brandon Schaeffer. (Boshamer Bulletin)
